What is Voice Design?

Voice Design is the process of creating targeted and personalized synthetic voices using advanced algorithms and data modeling. By leveraging user input parameters—such as text prompts, voice characteristics, and style tags—Voice Design goes beyond basic text-to-speech technology. It enables precise control over multi-dimensional aspects like timbre, intonation, speed, and emotion, resulting in voice outputs that are tailored to specific application scenarios and user needs.

Part 2. Quick Start

Step 1. Go to FineVoice

Select AI Voice Design in the left menu bar.

Step 2. Enter Text Prompts and Preview Text

For a quick start, you can use the default text and preview samples provided by the system.

You can also enter your own ideas, use AI to optimize your prompts, and generate preview text.

Note

The voice design prompt and preview text must be at least 100 characters. For tips on writing effective prompts, refer to the Best Practices guide.

Step 3. Generate Custom Voice

Click the "Generate Voice" button at the bottom. Three different results will appear in the list on the right. Select the voice that best meets your expectations and click "Create" to save it as your custom voice model.

Part 3. Notes and Limitations

You can quickly generate original voices by entering a text description.

Prompt: Describe the voice effect you want to generate. The prompt should be between 100 and 300 characters.
Example: A sly goblin voice with a nasal, raspy quality, speaking quickly as if always scheming. Add sneaky giggles between lines, with a mischievous and cunning tone. The delivery should sound playful yet untrustworthy, perfect for fantasy or game characters.

Preview Text: Enter the text you want to be read aloud by the generated voice. The preview text should be between 150 and 300 characters.
Example: Hehehe, you're far too slow! Your precious treasure is gone, and only the clever will ever find it. Good luck, slowpoke!

Part 4. Best Practices

You can refer to the basic prompt formula to generate your voice, or add more detailed descriptions to the basic prompt to precisely design any desired voice.

Prompt Structure Guide = Profession + Character Traits + Voice Style + Speaking Speed

Examples:
A passionate and energetic sports commentator, fast-paced, high-volume, able to ignite the atmosphere

An ancient chivalrous hero, with a loud and righteous voice, full of heroic spirit, and a decisive speaking pace

The more detailed the voice description, the better the generated results.

Part 5. Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can the designed voice be used for voice cloning?

Yes. You can download the designed voice and use it as the original audio for cloning.

2. Can the designed voice be used commercially?

Yes. The designed voice can be fully used in your commercial projects, and you have complete usage rights.

3. Can I purchase additional voice designs separately?

Yes! When you run out of design credits, you can purchase more directly and continue using the AI Voice Design feature without upgrading your plan or re-registering.
