It is just okay. The tool is not perfect, support is rather deficient and slow. It is still better and more stable than doing it yourself, and a bit most cost effective. I am a large individual user and I don't get any special treatment. It is what it is. Take it or leave it.

The audio glitches were frequently eating up my credits and when I reached out to support I was told they’d look into it. They haven’t and you’ll see from their reply, there’s no interest on their end to replace credits which is completely free for them. I’ve shared the response from them here to their custom support agent and will update this review when and if they stand by their statement here.

Constantly crashes. Also, When it crashes (which is about 1 in every 2 times) it will use your credits but not give you the result. Its also pretty slow so you have to wait 5-10min for it to crash.
